Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by MindFount ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
MindFount provides AI-powered marketing services including but not limited to content creation, ad management, funnel building, social media management, and lead generation systems. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or packages selected by the client.
3. Client Obligations
- Provide timely and accurate information necessary for service delivery.
- Grant necessary access to platforms, accounts, and tools as required.
- Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timelines.
- Ensure that all materials provided to MindFount do not infringe on third-party rights.
4. Payment Terms
All fees are outlined in your selected package or custom proposal. Payments are due as per the schedule agreed upon at the start of engagement. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for them. MindFount retains the right to use anonymized or aggregated results for portfolio, case study, and marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted in writing. All proprietary tools, templates, frameworks, and AI systems remain the intellectual property of MindFount.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, analytics data, campaign details, and any other sensitive information. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
MindFount shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific results such as lead volumes, revenue outcomes, or ranking positions.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service engagement with 15 days written notice. Upon termination, MindFount will deliver any completed work up to the termination date. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable. Access to shared tools and platforms will be revoked upon termination.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
